Guests are required to show the same credit card used to make the reservation and a photo ID of the card holder upon check-in. Otherwise, the full amount of the reservation will be settled either with a different credit card with the card holder being present or cash
No Cancellation is allowed for this rate. In case of a cancellation, the total amount will be charged, which is non-refundable.
In the event of non-show or should there be an early departure, the 100% of the reservation balance will be retained in respect of our cancellation fees, which is non-refundable.
